Penn Station East Coast Subs

I didn't eat AT the restaurant but the staff was wonderful and the food was great.
We got there fairly close to closing time and, while we were there, at least, not a single negative thing was said.
The girls working that day did a great job.

The two ladies working at 8:30 on Friday night we’re doing a terrific job. Friendly is gonna be the food was good hot and fresh. The fries were fresh and they were very polite.

The fries are awesome!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

My son bought a nine inch chicken sandwich last night. He ate about 1/3 of it, threw the rest away. Said it didn’t taste good. This morning he is violently ill from food poisoning. I would advise everyone to not eat here.

The only reason I'm giving them four stars on the food is because they don't have much in the way of a means of accommodating people who are lactose intolerant. Other than that I highly recommend the Dagwood sandwich if you like a sandwich that has a lot of meat to it. Never really ate there mostly do it online and just pick up my food.

The food is amazing, the service is hit or miss. I've been here three times, first two experiences were good but the third time I showed up and was told they were already closed, 30 minutes before closing time. So I guess they close at 9:30, not 10. Just worth noting - don't come here close to closing or you'll be disappointed.

I really enjoy your chicken Philly. I get it with Swiss cheese grilled onions and lettuce. But it seems when we get it to go they forget the lettuce.

Recently moved and tried penn station subs due to us not having one in our last area. The subs are to die for. I haven’t thought about another sub place since I’ve had them. Would recommended to everyone to try at least once.

A petite young black lady working the register was clean and professional.
Another lady working fries got up from playing with her phone, put gloves on, no washing of hands or anything.
I Dont know where the cook came from putting on gloves without hand washing either! The food was good. Service is subpar these days. Fries all under machine, dirty and etc… I already struggle to eat out. What is going on in the world? My main point for

The food was excellent. The lady working the register told me they didn't have fries. Then I walked over to fill my drink and they were cooking fries and bagging them up. So I asked for fries again and she told me they were out again. Then the guy cooking them said it's okay he can have some and gave me fries. The place was really dirty. My clothes stuck to the seat when I sat down and my arms stuck to the table.
