loved this place! Sage was an absolutely amazing server! She was polite, fast, and always kept our drinks full! Best service I've ever had! The food was amazing as well!

the sushi was dry, the jello was chewy and the crab legs were greasy.

For our family, Shogun's is. Christmas Eve tradition. Our kids & grandkids love Shogun's atmosphere and food. No better place to celebrate the Christmas Season.

Management is very rude. Child pizza is supposed to be a small personal pizza. Went tonight and now you only get a fourth of the pizza and charged $8/$9. TRIED to discuss with the manager and he won’t let you speak because he’s to busy talking over you. WONT BE BACK EVER!!!

The service from the host to the cook is wonderful. The food tastes great! One thing they could use is an update to the decor/atmosphere, a little outdated and dusty.

Always fun to have dinner and a show. In my opinion the cook was not super interactive with us (probably because we had no children at the table). The food was also EXTRA salty. It was still good overall and cooked well. Just had far better at other places in our hometown.

We didnt like our food ..I didn't get the hibachi grill though. I got salmon teriyaki...and they drowned EVERYTHING in that sauce ...I didn't like that

We were just there and the server we had never brought the sushi for one of us. It was 50 minutes after the rest of us got our food and were finished and we only got it because we went and got the hostess. The server then took the book from the table with the cash and then came back and tried to ask for more of a tip. To be clear- it wasn’t much of a tip because of the service. Usually, we do not tip less than 30%, ever. He asked multiple times and then stormed off after I said no he was not getting more. An extremely disappointing and rude interaction.

Good portions, fast and great service.

The food was very good. Portion sizes are large and that includes the sushi. Be forewarned that this is generally packed so make a reservation! The wait time when we came in was 2 hours. We were very glad for our reservation!

Ordered muscles and Stripnsteak habachi. The cook looked out of it and maybe sick and cooked the strip steak with the muscles then cut up one of the many regular steaks and gave me some then cut up the strip steak and gave it to everyone else with the regular steak they ordered. The rice was mushy and tasted weird. Two of the party of 3 were vomiting the night of this dinner. I do not recommend this location based on our experience.

Had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The chef that cooked my meal in front of me was sick and made a couple mistakes with my order as well. I ended up with the stomach flu because of this chef, and gave it to my family who are immunocompromised. I will never come to this establishment again, worst place to go.

This place has long been a family favorite! Many birthday parties and other celebrations! This was a slower evening and our group was an odd size, so the seating arrangement was weird. The show was great as always!
