The Fairview Heights location use to be great but lately they don't open on time, don't answer the phone at all, messes up smoothies and recently took over 20 min to make a smoothie after it was ordered and paid for through the app.
Even with some technology issues, nothing could stop excellent customer service. Thank you, young man, for being excellent! Saturday 6/11 afternoon... I failed to ask for the gentleman's name.
