I pre-ordered early from a different HoneyBaked Ham location, and unfortunately there were mistakes with my order. What truly stood out, though, was how the situation was handled afterward.
The District Manager was absolutely incredible. He didn’t just fix the issue — he went far beyond expectations. On Christmas Eve, he personally made sure another ham was delivered directly to our door so we had it in time for our Christmas Eve dinner. His focus wasn’t simply correcting an order; it was making sure our family’s holiday was exactly as it should be.
Because of this experience, I highly recommend the Fairview Heights & St. Louis HoneyBaked Ham. Their hams are full of flavor, easy to prepare, time-saving, and well-priced — but the customer service truly says it all.

Stopped in to introduce my daughter for a lunch deli order, and, as always, had an absolutely wonderful experience at HoneyBaked Ham - thanks to Donna! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted and did it all with a genuine smile and great attention to detail.

The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly, but what truly made this visit stand out was the customer service. Donna’s kindness, efficiency, and positive demeanor turned a simple lunch stop into a standout experience - and her eyes are so beautifully piercing!

Everyone was super nice and friendly despite how busy they were. I drove 40 mins to come to this one vs.the one by my home due to poor customer service! Five stars all around!

Love this place. Staff has alway been courteous and helpful. I buy spiral hams for gatherings, but at times just buy the frozen ham bone to make ham and beans. It always turns out amazing.
I've been going for years and never had a bad experience.

Probably the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. There was one couple ahead of me and the two guys working apologized several times about the wait. And I didn’t even feel I had to wait. Both guys working were super polite and just had some excellent customer service skills. It was my first time here for lunch. I’m sure I’ll be coming back again.

This restaurant/catering is an excellent find. Not only do they have ham (it's in the name), but also turkey & chicken salad. There's a nice lunch menu with sandwiches, soups & salad. The cakes & cookies are amazing. Fantastic customer service.
