From the STL area, camping in Shelbyville for the weekend. Checking out the local wineries. The Niemerg Family Winery is a small country town winery open only on the weekends. From the moment we walked in, Bill, one of the owners, made it feel warm and welcoming! There is definitely a “Cheers” type atmosphere, which I have never seen in a winery type setting.
