“came upon this place when we arrived at the Ronald Mc Donald house in Hines. we were met by Joana who made us feel so welcome and we felt right at home. we had to go back before we went home to meet her again. “The cakes are INCREDIBLE! We ordered a chocolate pistachio cake in June, and it was the best chocolate cake of any kind I've ever had. I had family in town for a special occasion, so I got a red velvet cake this time. My family is not easily impressed, and none of us are vegan. But I KNEW if the red velvet was half as good as that chocolate pistachio cake, it would be a hit. Everyone loved it! I had to pack folks extra pieces to take with them.

The cakes are so flavorful, moist, and dense in an excellent way without losing out on a good texture and crumb. There is no flavor I wouldn't trust this bakery with. Pie, Pie My Darling is amazing. It's been a godsend this year, as I've had to avoid dairy. I plan to continue ordering from them after I can have dairy again.
