Rude disrespect and incompetence. Retaliation after complaint was very dishonest and unprofessional from a manager. Physically pushed out the door then told police I lunged at her. I called the police immediately after walking out. Show the video. I’ve been threatened with charges over this. Liars
We came in a pretty busy time during Fox Lakes busy season. Blown away by the hard working staff getting delicious food out to all of the customers. We frequent this location and often enjoy and scoop of custard while checking out the water. Love Culver’s in Fox Lake!
Went to Culver’s after the fireworks today. There were maybe 5 people in front of us at the drive-thru. We waited over 30 minutes to get cold food, no napkins, no dressing with my salad. Would not recommend.
