I always have a good experience when I’m at Baskin Robbins and I always come back!
This location has always been great. Very popular. Unfortunately this visit I found more than 1 hair in mine & my friend’s food.
This used to be my go to BR/DD even though I had to go out of my way but that changed today when my daughter & I stood by the ice cream waiting for someone to come & help us for more than 5 minutes, no other customers waiting. Even though employees were walking by & changing some of the empty ice creams out for full ones, no one ever asked us if we needed help with anything.
