“The team working was great, friendly, attentive and that alone provided a fantastic atmosphere. We arrived with a group of 14 and they made sure we (and everyone) were all taken care of throughout the evening. Good drink specials, good music all in the heart of a Chicago neighborhood sounds like a winner to me. We will be returning, and if you’re ever in the neighborhood you should stop by. “Last time we had the wings they were delicious, this Thursday they were dry, like they were sitting under a heat lamp and then tossed in sauce Disappointed. Had a BLT it was good! Husband had the chicken panini. It was delicious. Yes, we highly recommend going here. I think that the wait staff needs some more training. 👍“

Rose was busting her butt taking all the tables and making PHENOMENAL drinks, while Jake checked on us if Rose couldn’t and helped run drinks to us. We didn’t have to wait for anything despite the business, overall an amazing experience and both of them deserve a raise! Both were so friendly and personable that my friend and I have already scheduled the next time for us to come visit and have a few drinks!“

The food is UNBELIEVABLE - JEM Smashburgers are absolutely the best I've had! Chef Emily & Chef Johnny are so gifted and passionate about everything they serve, and have such a unique menu along with the regular favorites :)

I usually love to include pictures with my reviews, but unfortunately our burgers and loaded fries were gone in seconds - can't recommend JEM/Trinity enough!“

“We loved the ambiance of this Irish Pub! The Christmas decor and lights make it a wonderland! The band was great and the pub has so much charm!

This all made up for the 3 bartenders who were more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on customers. We waited 20 min, as did customers next to us, staff looked right at us and kept talking to their friends. A bartender with curly hair- she actually scowled at us for asking to place a drink order. Exception was one bartender who had very long straight dark brown hair: she was awesome and was doing all of the others work with a huge smile on her face! She was great! It was a busy night that the restaurant could have had higher cash flow if the others focused on drink orders. We'll be back though, really great place!“

“Shanahan's is one of my favorite places in Forest Park, I moved from Forest Park a few years ago but I still go to Shanahan's every chance I get. Their food is always excellent and they have the best staff on the street, they always remember my name and my order. I will give them more than 5 stars if I could!!“
