**Tacos El Tapatio Co.** is a great Mexican spot on the southeast side of O’Hare, in Franklin Park. The restaurant is nice and clean with a decent seating area. The food is great, quick, tasty, and inexpensive. The chicken quesadilla is incredible, and the veggie tostadas are some of the best ever, with generous slices of avocado. The beef steak platter is a good size and extremely tasteful. The torta and chilaquiles have a lot of flavor, though the food can be VERY SALTY. The customer service is awesome, with workers who are very friendly, polite, and treat everyone with respect. The food comes out fresh and fast, making it perfect for a quick lunch or breakfast before entering off-site parking. The menu goes way beyond tacos, burritos, and tortas, offering tostadas, quesadillas, nachos, sopes, burgers, chicken sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, BLTs, and fries. The portions, prices, and flavors all hit the sweet spot. It is a chill, low-key Mexican joint tucked away in a warehouse area, making it a hidden gem.
