took over an hour and a half to deliver our food. their excuse " you and 5 other people ordered at the same time" what does that have to do with it? don't wait for all 6 orders to get ready. get some done and deliver them,than make the the others and deliver them. its pizza not rocket scientist. it was ordered at 525pm oh and It was marked that was delivered at 6:10 and it's now 650. still no pizza.
Used the online ordering tool and due to a glitch several pizzas arrived incorrectly. We called to inform the store and were told that basically we're stupid and don't know how to use the app. The poor kid on the phone told my husband that if he remade the $7 pizza over for us he would loose his job. I was annoyed about the pizza but to find out that a corporate giant located inside another corporate giant, I'm looking at you Walmart, would fire a minimum wage employee in...read full review
