This place was ran by a father and his son! They do a great job of keeping things fast and easy and had real authentic jerk food!! I enjoyed my food, you can only get yours to carry out but would go back again!
Highly recommend this place if you wanna try Jamaican food/soul food. Me and my family were nearby the area after our trip from Galena, and came across this place after searching a place to eat. The food was delicious and me and my family ordered one whole Jamaican jerk chicken (plain) and 3 Jamaican jerk bbq chicken dinner (mild sauce) with a side of rice and Mac and cheese. Small spot, folks were super friendly, I had the 3 taco special. The food was very tasty. Bring cash, although I didn't have cash, but they accept venmo, cash app, and possible a few others. I only rated the atmosphere a 3 because it's carry out and the bulding isnt fancy (because we all know some of you are bougie). Don't judge this business by its lack of curb appeal. Try the food and you won't be disappointed.
