We chose to host my mom’s celebration of life at the Freeport Club. It was perfect and working with Christy Sosnowski was easy. This was a difficult time and she did everything to help make it all work. I would highly recommend this venue for any event.

My husband, Scott, and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Freeport Club last month. Shawn was very easygoing and accommodating as we planned our event. In the months leading up to our event, he answered our numerous questions and met with us several times. The wedding party was able to get ready on-site; the room provided was great and it allowed for a much more laid-back day for the wedding party. During the event, the service was excellent and everything ran smoothly. The Club's team discreetly tore-down all our ceremony chairs and set-up the buffet while our guests were enjoying cocktails. We had a wonderful wedding day and would recommend this venue for an event.

Course was in horrible shape considering it has a Country Club tag. All courses are a challenge right now with the lack of rain, but, you would at least think the greens would be watered. Balls were bouncing off them like they were hitting blacktop. Not impressed!

Many thanks to The Freeport Club & staff for allowing a group of Dakota students & their dates to come take their Prom pictures here. It was a nasty, rainy day and outdoor pictures were not an option. Bill and the staff were very accommodating and helpful! Thank you for helping these kids have a great prom!
The golf course is great, and we are working hard to make this EVERYONE'S Club!! Great lunch menu, awesome steak and fish on Friday nights. You really should give us a try!
