Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for 1 pizza. This place is dirty and there isn’t nearly enough help. This will the last time we order from here

There were several workers tonight and that was good. Only problem is the cheese at the end. Thought there could have been more.

Tried to do the Bogo promotion. Unfortunately the app kept timing out therefore I called the store to order and they would not honor the promotion because it has to be ordered online. When i explained to the employee that the app was not working properly they still would not honor the promotion over the phone.

Just order a chicken bacon artichoke pizza, pic and descriptions does not say tomato and mixed onions. Glad you all make your pizza how you guys want, when it's not what I order with that crap on it!!

Amazing experience the staff here is so friendly and so warming and so inviting just makes you wanna come back more and more all I can say is that I’m very happy and very pleased and they deserve more than five stars

I have been a fan of papa murphys pizza every since they opened years ago in Vancouver washington. Recently 3 weeks ago here at the Freeport store in Illinois I bought a Papa Murphy cowboy pizza it was a flat dry thin crust pizza and they gave us the wrong ingredients on the pizza. We called and they said it was a fault of a refrigeration issue and said they were sorry and I accepted their excuse and said okay though it was very disappointing. Tonight I ordered another cowboy pizza same way in store and again after saying this looks like a thin crust pizza the person at the counter said it is what we always have served which was a lie. Again this pizza was flat, dry and a thin crust pizza and eas not what I ordered or wanted. I buy their pizza 3 to 5 times a month but now they will not be getting my business and would prefer a frozen pizza or Wal-Mart pizza to what they now serve. Shame on you Papa Murphy's for delivering a less than even a poor pizza to eat and terrible service, you have lost all my business.

We ordered online was supposed 2 pick up at 100 at 330 i left I asked several times about it girl gets attitude and says all these people are waiting 2 people are walking in ordering and getting there's before us ones that have been waiting so I went 2 walmart and got frozen pizzas but sucks cause we already paid for them

They ran out of large thin dough on their day they have them in special. Staff was not wanting to offer a replacement just pay more money for a size you don’t want.
