Had high hopes about this place. Their pastries look good. The guy at the front said that they get them from a French bakery.
As for service, the guy at the front is great. But someone else took our order and I don’t think he knew what he was doing.
I ordered an oat milk latte. The other server came and gave me a cappuccino. I told her my order and had brought back the coffee.
Then the server who served us came back and gave me the exact same cup at room temperature already and I told him that I had ordered an oat latte. He replaced it.
The food we ordered came 25 mins later and all of it was completely under seasoned. Very bland escargot, and the soft shell crab burger seemed so good only if they had seasoned it well. It was bland.
Would probably only come here for pastries.

First time we stopped there to try some pastries, it’s definitely good quality, but not fresh. We gave it a second chance and tried it once again, this time we got couple salmon croissant’s, I specifically asked a waiter if it was made this morning, and he said yes it is. You can easily tell if the croissant is fresh or not, it was dry. Verdict: it’s a good quality food, but owner’s keeps food on the shelf till it sells. Hope you get the fresh one. Good luck

Had the mini burgers and the pink panther cocktail. Living on a beef farm, it’s difficult to find something that tastes as good as what we raise. And this was excellent. The only regret that I had was that I didn’t order dessert!

My boyfriend and I decided to do a day trip in Galena & we are so happy we found this place. Everything was SO GOOD. I got the watermelon salad & my boyfriend got the soft shell crab burger. For dessert we got the carrot cake. Beyond our expectations. Our server was also so nice and attentive!!! GO HEREEEE

We've been twice and both times the food was amazing and the staff was super friendly and took great care of us. I can't recommend this place more. The macarons are to die for and the watermelon salad they have as a seasonal special is so good.

The flavor was SO GOOD. The Greek Philly was so full of flavor we couldn't stop eating it. The bread was super soft yet hardy enough to handle the cheese. The Smoked salmon hand held was well balanced and also good. Busy Sat. Afternoon. The table set up is chaotic in a small space. YET, food was fast and delicious, waiter - knowledgeable and efficient.

Wow! The waiter said “everything was good,” I doubted that.. but I was immensely surprised that truly, everything was not only good, but incredible! The ingredients were high quality, fresh and flavorful. The lobster bisque and burger were on point. I love to cook and often find myself disappointed when I go out to eat, this was the complete opposite! Fantastic! They take pride in their food which is hard to find. Thanks for the great service and a great lunch, we will be back!

Went in tonight was sad how long the wait was for a pre prepared sandwich, which we got after the hot food was served. The food was good / fine but there was only one table, should not have taken 50 minutes to come out. Sad to write this review because the server seemed nice.

So I found this place searching for coffee, but it has something for everyone. Bakery, desserts, coffee,seafood, martinis, steak, pork ramen. Regular hot coffee, lattes and espresso martinis! I'm always hesitant about Midwestern seafood freshness but the Lobster Bisque and Mac and Cheese are so amazing!!! They have escargot and baby octopus.
