Overall great experience. Compared to a Chicago steakhouse, it's a totally different experience, but it was quite enjoyable. Our waitress did an outstanding job, she was friendly and hard working. The bus staff also did a terrific job, very classy, professional, and fast. Our food was very good. We got the fried brussels sprout appetizer, and both got burgers. All was very tasty and generous portions. We also brought our 4 month old daughter and they were extremely friendly and accommodating to her. Great experience!
A little pricy, but I'd still go back. There was an unaware customer at a table near us who was loud. Other than that, excellent!
We both had the seafood special; it was very good. The service is always great and so are the desserts!
There was absolutely nothing redeeming about any of the meal, except the bottle of wine we selected. We couldn't eat the steak with all of the gristle. Vegetables were bland and hard to eat. 0 flavor. Even the gratin potatoes had no taste.
our experience here was terrible. we had a reservation at 5:15 and we got sat exactly then which was perfect. no one acknowledged us at our table for 15 minutes and we then put in our drink and food order which our drinks did not come for 30 minutes additionally the bread did not show up for 45 minutes. at the one hour mark we asked how much longer our food was going to take (keeping in mind we came in town for the annual parade driving 6.5 hours and the parade starts at 6:30) she said it would be an additional 15 minutes for food which if we sat there and waited and then ate we would've missed the majority of the parade. we got our checks from there with no dinner and spent $85 on drinks and some shrimp cocktail which was mediocre at best. would not recommend going back.
Gavin gave our families (6 people) great service last night. It was Halloween parade night and things were busy, but he never failed to check in with us and kept everyone happy all evening.
We had breakfast at the Courtyard and our waitress was terrible. She was going to substitute hash browns for fruit. Low and behold I had hash browns on my plate no fruit. Then we asked for more syrup, she said she would get it. She never came back. I had to go up to the hostess station and ask for more. Needless to say she received a five dollar tip on a $51 dollar breakfast. My husband saw her shaking her head when she saw the tip. We don't think the food was worth $51 dollars.

One of 3 restaurants in a local hotel. Atmosphere was nice, the service was terrific, and the food was excellent. Portions were large. Great place to eat.
very nice place located in a hotel. Good food, really good service. Prices weren't bad, but it isn't cheap. Wonderful atmosphere.
Nice restaurant with good food and atmosphere.

The steaks were outstanding! The restaurant is located in one of the older building in Galena. Adds some nostalgia. Our server was attentive and very personable. The food was delicious and in sufficient portion size. You can easily overeat. The dessert cart has some history which only adds to the charm.
Filet and ribeye were great and cooked to order. Creamed spinach, asparagus, baked potato were very good. Gratin potatoes were good (missed the Au). Service was very good.
Our server was attentive, but not overbearing. The foot was hot and delicious. Will definitely return for another meal.
Our server Lizzie did a fantastic job. She was on top of our needs from the time we arrived and for the balance of the evening. Great job Lizzie!
My filet was excellent, the best in Galene. The chicken however was dry and not very good. All in all though a very nice experience
