I work here and I get a free meal every day and I'm not that picky XD It's always tasty I think service could be a bit better but it's hard to train people up front (counter) because I feel it's a bit more chaotic than the back (kitchen) because in the kitchen it's so structured but when they throw you into the fire upfront it isn't as structured like there isn't an order to things and I feel a lot of employees may struggle with that but there's only so much the managers and gm...read full review

Food was fine, order was correct but staff was very rude when I requested a receipt. Had to request a receipt 3 times, staff said they would bring one out. Had to go inside to finally get the receipt and staff laughed and complained that I needed a receipt for a $10 order. Very unprofessional.

There's always something about 2nd shift not getting what I ordered right in Geneseo. Even if they look dead like barely anyone there, they get it wrong a lot. I frequent there. I've talked to many others who frequent there and they agree it's a 2nd shift problem. I get pulled forward to wait on my meal. Check my bag and still wrong.
