We are long time Geneva residents and have grabbed lunch from the Shack 4 or 5 times. Sandwiches are ALWAYS on point and we have been loving the truly unique flavors of all the different chicken bowls they offer. Everything else is pretty basic and obviously fried so it can get a little heavy but combined with the wide variety of dipping sauces its hard not to keep eating. As far as the service goes it is what it is, you are ordering at a window and there is no white table cloths...

delicious and cheap spot for food!! would definitely recommend stopping here if you want a cheaper option in downtown geneva. i got a grilled chicken sandwich with house made coleslaw and a strawberry lemonade, and my friend got the 4-ish chicken tenders (it was exactly 4 chicken tenders!), fries, and a strawberry lemonade as well. it was only about $30 for both our meals and it was well worth it! the lemonade was AMAZING, so even if you dont want the food, atleast give the drinks...

A hole in the wall (literally). I've wanted to try this place for a while and finally got to try it! I love chicken tenders and these tenders were fresh, hot and had a good coating. The fries also were good, nothing to rave home about but were good! My fiance got the chicken sandwich and it looked delicious, definitely would want to come back to try the sandwich. Prices aren't too bad for what you get. The seating area is cute- some tables and picnic benches in the alley.
