I ordered two cakes for a family member’s birthday. When I picked them up I was greeted with “huh.” That was a bit abrupt but I explained why I was there. The woman went over to the refrigerator and had a long conversation with another employee. She finally brought my cakes to me. Saying nothing, she showed them to me. We absolutely loved our sweetheart cake from The Cocoa Bean in Geneva! The team was wonderful to work with, and the cake itself turned out beautifully — both gorgeous and delicious. It was the perfect centerpiece for our special day, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. The only hiccup was that when we went to pick up our cake on the wedding day, it wasn’t quite ready yet, and we had to wait about 45 minutes, which required a slight adjustment to our schedule....
