I recommend this location because the food is always made correctly and Cindy does an amazing job managing this restaurant. They have a variety of options on their menu so it's easy to find something for everyone.

The food was great. I feel like they should have the signs of the ingredients/food available be the same color as the area around the pans that hold the food or something of that matter. It feel it would also help to have the title of the ingredients added to the signs in front of the selection of food like it shows in the app (Grains, Greens, Beans and Sweet Potatoes, Toppings etc.). Moreover, The older/stout manager on duty (no nametag) on the night of November 20th was rude and unprofessional. She seemed to blame the customer for her not explaining things properly and was unresponsive at times. Not really sure what her issue was, but clearly she did not want to be there.

Tipping should be done after, not before the order is done and I am going to try to call to get the tip removed from the order. We got a take out order and the person making the burrito seemed half asleep and afterwards they forgot to pack one of our burritos which caused us to drive 30 min back to pick it up. When we got there the one that forgot the burrito saw us and seemed to be laughing like they were surprised we came back for it and they said they still had it for us. There was no apology, and they kept the old burrito, by the time I got home it was already been sitting for an hour. They could have at least said sorry or made a fresh burrito and stayed professional instead of laughing when we walked in. Check your bags before you leave and don't leave a tip because tips don't help get you better service.

I was served by an older woman with a mug who looked like they didn’t want to be there. The protein portions were ridiculously small and courteous customer service was non-existent. The food holds up, but you’re better off going to the Naperville location.

You can’t tell me this isn’t the best looking plate of food you’ve ever seen. If there is truth in you eat with your eyes, then I am well fed!!! The options are amazing. You can also opt to “build-your-own”. The service was great, patient and offered lots of good suggestions…very helpful. The dining area was immaculate and being cleaned while I was there including the chairs!!!!! On a short RAW Journey and this was a HUGE help!!! See you guys again very soon!!

Stay away from this place literally I was picking up someone’s order. No one knew their left foot from the right foot. The manager completely ignored me after asking the person‘s name 15 minutes went the same. They demanded my phone because I can’t pull up a ticket and at this time I’m dealing with an angry customer that she’s not getting her food tonight and we had to cancel her order because no one could make the food and by the time they made the food on the register to order was canceled and refunded not a way to do business

I got the spicy thai salad with chicken and it has become a weekly craving of mine, always get the peanut sauce on the side to make it a little less spicy lol but otherwise the kids meals are great and well priced and the berry smoothie is phenomenal
