Such great food! I hired the team at Dave's Slow Food to provide for our large annual charity event. The communication beforehand was great. He is super responsive. We worked together to develop a meal plan to feed our participants. The trucks, trailers, and team arrived on time. The trailers look so good they enhanced our event with just their presence!
