I ordered a turkey sandwich on this day with a drink.
My sandwich arrived 1 hour later, with no drink. When I called about my drink, the manager was extremely rude. I also told her that the bottom of my sandwich was rock hard due to being burnt which she said “that is from the mayo inside the sandwich”, after I told her I would just like my drink refunded because it is past my lunch time, she refused and said it isn’t possible.
