If you're in a hurry this isn't the place. Tried placing an order online, got there and they were way understaffed. Waited forever and then they came up to the to go area and my order and another order was all mixed up in one bag. Didn't have time for them to figure out their mess. So not only was I late to work I was our $40 with nothing to show for it. If you have time to wait forever and eat there the food is decent, the dining area needs a refresh though. Most of the bench seating is all worn out or torn up.

The baked potato is great. I meet my elderly parents here for lunch. Everyone can find something yummy to eat.Dietary restrictions: They do not offer a gluten free bread.

Been here a few times and so far everything has been delicious. Soups, salads and potatoes (which are huge) have all been yummy. The berry pecan salad with raspberry dressing is amazing! Large drinks are huge! It is order at the counter and get your own table but they do come around and offer refills and bring out your food as well as clear the table.

Twice now I ordered curbside pickup, only to wait 20 minutes in my car and have to go inside to fetch the now cold food myself.Don't offer curbside pickup as an option if you don't plan on honoring it.

My daughter's impression: the annoyance is great, they keep it spotless. She also likes the music and the excellent service. Food is tasty and not too pricey for what you get. They accommodate gluten sensitivity. Selections for those with dairy allergies are limited, though.

Good sweet tea, not like drinking a cup of sugar but not straight tea either. They do have flavor shots you can add. Salad, sandwiches & soups all good.

Ok sandwiches and tiny soup, but I think it's too expensive. It may be may be typical prices for the current economy but not worth it to me.

Overall place was not crowded and plenty of seats to dine in. I placed my order and was given a number to put on my table for order to be brought out. I tried the southwest chicken & avocado salad and a cup of country potato soup. They were a bit stingy on the avocado that came with the salad. The country potato soup was nice and hit, and it came with some side of crackers. The salad was just ok, the chicken was on the dry side. The strawberry lemonade was a bit to sugary for my taste, maybe asking for more ice make it better. Glad I carry purell hand wipes! ***This location had no working restrooms at the time of my visit, and some customers were upset. They had the area block with a hand made sign and some chairs. ***

The food was as expected, tasty and satiating. Also, the assistant manager, Raymund was exceptional! He was well-mannered, friendly, and asked for feedback regarding the food and services provided. He also was helpful by making suggestions about new items too - just went above & beyond! McAlister's Deli & customers are fortunate to have him employed there.
