When I go through the drive thru the ladies are always rude they always mess up my order even when I get stuff delivered they still have missing items they need to do better

the self menu board never printed out a ticket, so that i could pay with cash, so i had to stand at the registers until someone finally came to my order. need hand sanitizers readily available, and self-checkout kiosks that work properly.

Absolutely love this place especially my man Louis. He gives us ice cream every time for just $2.69 with tax and we did and I got another free ice cream bro. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Whenever the middle aged male worker works the drive through my order is always wrong.
Ordered a 4 piece McCrispy Strip Meal and only received 3. Sure it was my fault for not checking before heading back home, but this is unreal really now.

if I could use one word to describe this place, it would be absolutely preposterous. awful, awful, awful is all I can use to describe this chain of events. this McDonald's has truly despicedly affected my life and I can even begin to describe my experience at this location. me and my daughter went to go check out this yummy McDonald's for some quick, fast and possibly delicious food but man were we terribly off. our food took over 20 minutes and we have been waiting in line forever and ever and I truly believe we are never going to get fed and we are going to be led to starve here, alone in our car. we are going to be late to her event as we already are and this is all because of this stupidly awful location. everyone rate this place one star.

While the PlayPlace is entertaining and engaging for the children, there are some things that are lacking. The tables in the PlayPlace are not frequently cleaned and are frequently sticky, from my experience. The service seemed to be lacking, as many of the employees were not interested in making sure they said more than “here” when interacting with the customers. I understand that this is a busy and noisy location, but I expected the few employees that entered the PlayPlace to at least not look angry and annoyed.

0 stars. I work in the area and come here all the time. Large coke and small fry, I round up to make it an even $5. Today they tried to give me a small coke, I said no I got a large and they didn’t give a receipt. The lady went to check it and said I ordered a small. I Went on the app to check pricing and they tried to get me to pay more 100%. A small drink and small fry is $4 when rounded up not $5. Horrible service and trying to over charge. I know it’s just a soda but still, be better.
