Ordered certain items in order to get monopoly pieces. Came without the monopoly pieces, and when I spoke to the manager they dismissed me and did nothing. Said I needed to order the special items they still had if I wanted the monopoly pieces. I ALREADY DID! Thats why I ordered what I ordered! Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a small black coffee Received and received a medium iced coffee. I politely told the girl at the window that it wasn’t what I ordered. She screamed at me “ Don’t you ever roll your eyes at me!” I was appalled at this unprofessional, intimating semi violent response. Never again. This type of behavior should never be tolerated anywhere. Not to mention that I was overcharged.

When I go through the drive thru the ladies are always rude they always mess up my order even when I get stuff delivered they still have missing items they need to do better
I saw a guy calling the police when I was in there waiting for my one hour order. I don’t blame him for calling the police after that.

the self menu board never printed out a ticket, so that i could pay with cash, so i had to stand at the registers until someone finally came to my order. need hand sanitizers readily available, and self-checkout kiosks that work properly.
