Nothing like McDonald’s to remind you to stop making knee-jerk decisions.
The people are great. It’s not their fault McDonald’s charges $9 for a chicken sandwich that looks like it cost $0.18 to make.

Literally the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. Visited the drive thru 4 times and the managed to botch the order 3 times. This last time resulted in me being charged for someone else's much larger order. Since they don't give you a receipt, I'll have to let my credit card company take care of it in a charge back. Avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered a 4pc nugget, mcdouble, small coffee no sugar and a large diet coke....forgot the mcdouble, the coffee had sugar and it was a regular coke. 1/4 🙄

Drive through quality is always a crap shoot at this location. Inside staff will ignore you and are often short when dealing with customers. If not for the playland I would never come here.
Best bet for any kind of service is to use the app and order to your table.

Fries and the burgers had hidden HAIR ! My son spit it out ! Opened the burger hair all Over the burger. Called and all they said is offering me another burger … I didn’t want another nasty burger, I wanted to handle it with their food service crew ! So unsanitary.

I ordered hotcakes and a hash brown for my 94 yr old mom. She looks forward to her morning hash brown. Guess what was not in the bag. I called them and they hung up on me. Jerks!

Ordered through the mobile app for pickup. Realized one of my sauces was missing. Requested it and was told that would cost me $0.43. It did not charge me in the app and they refused to give me it without charging me. What a joke. Won’t bother with this restaurant again.
Ordered a Chicken Big Mac meal and Quarter Pounder with Cheese at the kiosk to eat in the dining area around 7:00 pm. The fries were almost cold, the sandwiches were both cold, and the chicken sandwich was flat as a pancake, as if it had been run over by a car or something. We were the only ones in the place besides a family in the play area. I don't get it. But hey, Wendy's and Culver's are just down the road. You never get cold food there.

Came in and ordered a Chicken Big Mac, Iced Coffee, an Apple Pie and BBQ Sauce. Only thing they got right was my BBQ Sauce, which was impressive.
Got a regular Big Mac made by a toddler, apple slices (I’m 21, not 5), nearly burnt nuggets and a hot coffee, instead of an iced which I can’t safely drink due to stomach problems. Their receipts on the self order machine isn’t printing ink, which has been a few days now.
Absolutely disgraceful service, never returning to this location. I could’ve made my order myself in 2 seconds, using the longer amount of time they butchered mine. I’ve been visiting this location for some time and never felt so disrespected.
