I was quite impressed with this Panera, despite reading other reviews that didn’t make me feel particularly enthusiastic about visiting. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, and the carpeting and floors had a bit of wear and tear, but otherwise, everything was in good condition and clean. The employees were incredibly friendly and consistently wiped down the tables. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed.

Okay so I’ve been holding this in for quite some time and I just can’t any longer.Every time we order from Panera it is WRONG or just down right terrible. I miss 2012 Panera. Fresh, clean food. Now it’s nothing but a piece of Tyson chicken plopped on a okay piece of ok bread. Panera should be ashamed of themselves because this isn’t the food they promise.

Ok, so the new norm is waiting 10 minutes for soup and a salad with the bonus of hearing all the girls in the kitchen making it laughing like high school is still happening, and then getting said salad and it being wrong. Interesting fact you then only wait 40secs to get the replacement... this went south over the years though I think it's not panera. My guess it's the breakdown in the hiring process.

I did a drive-thru and ordered a toasted italiano with turkey, cheese, and lettuce. When they gave me my food it didn’t have anything but cheese inside. Wouldnt recommend coming here, they have messed up my orders more than once.

Going on 30 mins in the drive thru at the window This morning. Took my money and disappeared without giving a reason. ...I just want my money back at this point and see nobody!
Food was great but service was a bit slow, but it was lunch and there were a lot of people so I don’t blame them, but the soda machine was broken and they had sparkling water in the ginger ale dispenser

Stop by the local Panera this morning did not disappoint. The coffee was in the pot. The cookies were on the shelf and the sandwiches were in the bag. What more could you ask for from Panera? Oh wait the bathroom floors were sticky come onguys
