First time and here and will definitely be back when out this way. The broth in the Pho Tai I ordered was very savory and the beef was excellent - so lean and tasty. Do yourself a favor and try the mochi cakes. They are a nice dessert and the end of a tasty meal.The staff was very welcoming and kind, which added to the overall positive experience I had.

This was my wife's and my first experience with pho and we were not disappointed! We ordered the sampler and wings starters and a noodle bowl and steak and brisket for our main.The food was flavorful and the server (the manager, I think) even helped explain (at our request) how to eat the noodle bowl and pho since we were noobs! ?We will definitely be back and are planning on bringing some friends next time.Thanks, Pho Xich Lo! ?Dietary restrictions: Be sure to mention any peanut allergies when dining here.

Good food, but customer service is the worst. I had been an in person customer for more than 2 years. Then, I started to order take out with no issues. After a few times, I started receiving comments, from one of the "chefs," about how I should order my food correctly when I literally pull up the online menu and read off of it when placing my order. I didn't make anything out of it and continued ordering take out. The same employee kept "complaining" about how I order, and began to be rude. I understand that I might not be ordering correctly, BUT ONCE AGAIN, I'm reading off their online menu. In one of the instances I arrived to Pho Xich Lo to pick up my order only to find out the cashier had given my food to a doordasher by mistake. I could have been rude to him and the personnel, but I wasn't. Instead I waited 25mins in the restaurant so they could prepare my take out order again, and I still left a tip. After this, I continued ordering through phone and the same lady "chef" kept being rude and complaining about how I order. This last time I hung up on her. If she DOES NOT LIKE how I order, she should make sure someone UPDATES their online menu, SO I CAN READ IT CORRECTLY AND SHE CAN STOP BEING RUDE TO ME. I am giving you business and being patient with you when it should be the other way around. Hopefully no one has to deal with their lack of hospitality.Thankfully I have found a better Pho restaurant with better food and better service.
