We ordered multiple family dinners online for a birthday party. When we altered one of our orders all the sides must have defaulted back to french fries, unbeknownst to us. Upon picking up our order we realized in the car that we were missing rice and beans, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Realizing what must have happened I went back in with the fries and explained our mistake. Sergio and JP (I think that was his name) were AWESOME! They swapped it out, got us the sides we intended and said to go ahead and take the fries anyway. Customer mistake, and still they went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. I was very disappointed with the service at this place, and it was my first time. The counter attendant saw me and turned her back on me, so I had to wait for the drive-thru attendant to see me and take my order. The other employee just glared at me and ignored me. They could definitely improve their service.

Ordered three wings and a fry, chicken wings were small and not warm, the fry was thrown in a bag loosely wrapped and couldn’t have been more than eight pieces which was also cold, I’ll never come back to this location!

very pissed with this place, ordered a large macaroni and they didn’t fill it to the top. Asked for Louisiana hot sauce and I got a lot of honey packets instead. No hot sauce whatsoever. I ordered their new pickle rub sandwich and it was a plain sandwich with barely any sauce.

This spicy chicken breast was so good it brought tears to my eyes. They made me believe in Popeyes chicken again bc I had lost all hope. They say it’s because the health department is really strict in this county. Well I wish it was like this everywhere if it make the food taste like this. I walked up to the counter three times to tell them how good this chicken was. I’m smiling thinking about it now and this was two weeks ago.

4 stars for being affordable, I know this isn't a fine dining restaurant but the food is SO INCONSISTENT its crazy! The food is either REALLY EXCEPTIONAL or disappointing, the prices are great though - you know what you're getting for the price, chicken sandwiches have shrunk throughout the years and sometimes I barely get a piece of meat the size of my phone nowadays, have only ordered online so I cannot rate the service truthfully.

We got a large chicken box and various sides for take-out yesterday. The box had no drumsticks in it, which upsets the kids. But we got extra thighs, which no one even likes. The mash potatoes and the beans and rice were both practically water; I couldn't even pick them up on a fork. This is my first complaint on this restaurant, but you guys screwed-up bad enough that I probably won't be back for awhile.
