One of my favorite places. 90 percent of the time I use the drive-thru. My favorite drink is a hot vanilla latte all year round. Or in spring or summer, they have a very refreshing cold strawberry drink. They also have amazing snacks. Inside, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the service is excellent.

I had to write a review because of the amazing customer service Dee provides at this location. Watching how she interacts with everyone—listening and anticipating their needs before they even ask—is truly impressive. Customer service like this is rare, but Dee makes this location a great one! :)

The staff was very friendly, great clean place! I NEVER usually write a review, but I had to this time. For years I have always gotten a peppermint mocha or white peppermint mocha when the time comes around. I noticed when I received my drink, it looked a little off and had no chocolate shavings like it usually does (even when I don’t get whipped cream, there’s the shavings). I didn’t think much of it, until I was almost home and took a few sips. Unfortunately it tasted like something I could make at home. I didn’t really taste any white chocolate, and a LOT of peppermint. Like somebody put a lot of peppermint extract in it! It was very strong and ruined my drink. I thought I could tough it up, but ended up wasting a Venti’s worth and dumped it out because of how bad it tasted. I know what it usually tastes like, but this was definitely not a white chocolate peppermint mocha. More of an extreme peppermint coffee.

For the first time in years we had a negative experience at this location. The service was EXTRA slow. I even asked if there was a staffing issue. She explained that the drive through was busy. My concerns were addressed as to how several customers were served ahead of us. Explaining how those customers could have ordered in the mobile app. Maybe, but we were sitting near the door. I clearly heard people order after us, and still their orders came before ours. There's no way for me to know with certainty. I can only take her explanation, however I left feeling a certain kinda way, it wasn't good ??

This is the worst starbucks I have gone to. Every time I order a drink, they mess it up. If you want a drink made correctly avoid this location.

There is a thief coming into that store or working in that store and using my account number to purchase drinks. I don’t live in Geneva, Illinois never visited and never will. I live in the south.

Nothing was in the fridge so when I asked about certain things the Barista seemed quite annoyed with me when I asked for suggestion of something that had more caffeine in it he didn't seem to know.
