Go in during my lunch at 12:10 on a Friday, and not really busy, but someone ordered the last piece of sausage pizza. When asked how long before the next sausage pizza would be ready it was 13-15 minutes. But we have plenty of pepperoni. When you are a pizza place selling by the slice I would think you would have a good grasp on how fast you sell out so that you can have one coming out pretty quickly after you sell one off. I walked out because I don’t have time to wait, never have this issue at Rosatis. Very discouraging

I am from Texas and good pizza is hard to come by, no matter your preferences. My husband introduced me to Taylor Street tonight and the Warehouse was AMAZING! They were running a little behind, but I was offered a beverage for my wait and then when it was ready it was brought outside to me. It’s just the two of us tonight, so the 14” was definitely over doing it, we will have breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow!

Went there today and the man completely ignored me over some other females that walked in. He saw me as he was working the dough but only decided to step up to the register when 2 other females walked in. He then looked over my shoulder to speak to them directly. So unprofessional!!! And rude! How is this customer service? I need a manager to reach out!!!

My mom was having surgery at one of the buildings about half a mile away, so we took a walk to get something to eat and found this place by a 7-11. Take out only the only place to sit is the picnic table outside as in the picture, no big deal for us. We went in looking at the menu above the cashier/order taker. My wife decided on one of the wraps and told the young lady, who seemed more interested in her phone than dealing with customers. Had to tell her three times because she kept looking down at her phone. The food was very good and besides the cashier it was a good experience. Would have given two stars by the cooks and the guy from the back that brought our order made up for it.

Absolutely one of the best slices I've had. I work construction and pizza by the slice is sometimes a gamble. This one is awsome and definitely worth the money. Also guy at the register was nice and professional. Good job guys

Pizza is really good, however the people at register do some shady things. I ordered last week and when I went to pay the guy at cashier saw my cash in my wallet and said if I paid cash I would get a discount. Basically $2 off. When i went on Saturday to order again this time a large order, $62 the cashier said I would get a discount for using my card, 15% off. I was so confused. Do they just make up the rules as they go? Pizza is really good but I don't think I want to order at counter again. I tried ordering through website but it said the shop was closed even tho Google said the shop closes at 10pm and it was about to be 9pm. I guess I have to order earlier in day, avoid paying cash to get the 15% off. Just kinda frustrating experience.

Went to try a new place, for the nicest weather illinois had this year… I had a really disappointing experience at this pizza place. My friends and I waited outside for an hour and a half, chatting and laughing, just trying to enjoy our time while we waited. But when we finally got our pizza, it was wrong, and the quality was just not good at all. (Tastes like a red baron pizza) To make matters worse, we were yelled at to be quiet or risk being asked to leave. Seriously? We weren't being rowdy, just enjoying each other's company while waiting. This place completely ruined our night, and we definitely won’t be returning. Save your time and money—there are plenty of better options out there!
