I've been in crowded McDonald's stores many times but this was chaotic and random.
Only one cashier, who frequently disappeared, leaving customers confused about ordering. There were random clusters of people forming but no rhyme or reason as to why they were there.
The worst was when water started pouring out of the ceiling next to our table. We scrambled out of seats without getting too wet, no mean feat given that I use a walker.
