“I am in sheer awe of how amazing this order was! The quality of the chicken sandwich has practically revamped my rating scale for food moving forward. On my previous 1-10 scale, this legitimately would have been a 15. The fried boneless thigh was juicy and tender beyond compare, with a spice and flavor profile that blew me away. The Cole slaw was crispy, flavorful, and inventive; a perfect accompaniment. The pickles are astounding (I don’t know but I feel like they are made in-house). I swapped the sauce for the hot honey ranch and it was delectable and scrumptious.

By far the best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had.

The fried corn bread was equally astounding, crispy little perfect pillows that explode with a homey feeling that echoes through the meal.

“Our order was a side of Mac and cheese, wings 12 pcs hot/spicy smoke BBQ, combo of 6pcs wings, drink and fries, combo1 which was a chicken sandwich fries and drink all totaling $56.67. Price was okay for the food but upon receiving Mac and cheese was 1/2 cup of cheese with noodles for $4. Drinks were all equivalent to a small coke at McDonald’s. Chicken was good, fries a bit dry but I do understand that’s it’s a dry rub? If ordering for kids they should state that wings seasoning is a bit spicy none of my kids could eat their wings. They did not include silverware or napkins which was odd. They did though give us 2 sides of their signature sauce.“

“At this location in Niles, my elderly lady friends, some time go there after prayer meeting on Wednesday Evenings, and just sit inside the restaurant talking, sometimes we don't order anything. “After my Dr. appointment, I was in the need for Raiding Cane's, saw it was 9 mins away and gave it a shot, went inside and was greeted right away, and the team members are so kind, which I like to show my gratitude because I know how it feels working in food industry, I placed my order with ease, grabbed my tea that I filled on my own (the tea was perfectly sweet to me at least) and right before I sat down my food was done, I was like holy hell that was quick, all imma say is that the food is delicious, and the chicken had a pepper like taste which was also nice. I'm used to going to the crystal lake or gurnee location but this location did great as well“

“Extremely happy with the service provided at this location! The lady working the front Ella was amazing at her job!! She helped me pick out the best option (it was delicious btw) and was extremely kind!

The food was great as well, we got it to go and it was still hot and delicious by the time I got it home (even the fries). This was by far the cleanest browns chicken I’ve ever stepped into and there was even a sit-down area that looked adorable!!

“Best burgers in the area! - you can tell they are made with care. The burgers actually look like they do in the pictures. Ian, our server, was friendly and asked how the food was - we have always had great service. Plus the food is amazing - awesome burgers and hot SmashFries are the best!“

“The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“

“Everything on their menu is good. I like their spicy chicken sandwich and order it occasionally but their southwest salad is my personal favorite. Food is good and their employment are friendly. Occasionally have gotten the wrong sauce or none during rush but it’s not big of a deal since it’s rarer for that to happen now.“
