“Food was made to order! Chicken was flavorful. Loved the sides we got mashed potatoes which were rich and buttery, fry’s were well seasoned. The chicken bites were dry tossed in the warm classic rub which was flavorful and had a hint of warmth. Jose was great at helping us select items from the menu.

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

“Delicious food as long as the food is cooked right. No mistakes or werid tasting food usually. Sometimes, the food can be cold or sort of wet? I'm not sure why that happens, but it's happened enough where I don't go here almost every week like I used to. It's still tasty, though!“

Food was extremely good. It did take a little longer to get my order as I watched others who came in after me leave before me.There was an oops made, but the staff was so kind about the matter is why I would return. “We have been coming here since the place opened. One thing they have is tire consistency. Every time the chicken is on point and perfectly done. The snow chicken is our go to, comes with an amazing sauce and a bucket of onions. Try at your own risk, you will get hooked. Bussin!“

“The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“

“Upon reflection, although I had a terribly frustrating drive through exprience here - on top of a horrific day - the manager went out of his way to make things as good as he could. Top notch deesclation skills for sure. I was part of the problem in this situation myself. Professionalism and "try to make right attitude," is rare. “Everything on their menu is good. I like their spicy chicken sandwich and order it occasionally but their southwest salad is my personal favorite. Food is good and their employment are friendly. Occasionally have gotten the wrong sauce or none during rush but it’s not big of a deal since it’s rarer for that to happen now.“
