The District manager Kathy has a nasty attitude and this location sold me undercooked food. The owner rishad Rajbali should look into this. I sent Rishad a letter stating my grievances and he never replied. He demonstrated his lack of character.

I REALLY APOLOGIZE, BUT YOUR SERVICE IS AWFUL. 1 DAY I ASKED THEM FOR COFFEE CREAM AND SUGAR AND THEY DIDN'T PUT ANYTHING IN.THE NEXT DAY. I ASKED THEM FOR TOSS BAGEL. AND THEY DIDNāT TOSS MY BAGEL THE WAY I ASKED THEM.. THEY SUCKS. THEY DON'T DO A GOOD JOB AND SERVICE.
I DON'T REALLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSES AND THEY ATTITUDE IT'S AWFUL.

Do not come here at night. I waited for 20 mins and employee will not answer, pop out of nowhere still not take any orders. I was surprised that they didn't want business, I saw 6 cars come through and leave empty handed

We went to the drive thru at 940pm and kept calling, nothing, then we went to the window, nothing. Then we see another car come through and get serviced and we are like WTH! So we went back through the drive thru and still, nothing. Its currently 953pm and still no service. Ridiculous

3 separate times in the last week, they took Over 5 minutes for someone to talk on the drive thru. I have a mobile order other wise I wouldve driven off.
And no the inside as empty they werenāt busy.

I ordered a large dunkalatte because it had three shot of espresso and I enjoy drinking caffeine because I work to much in a day so I barley get sleep. When she gave it to me it was a medium and I told her I ordered a large and I was sweet about it and I saw her grab and large cup and dump it in and just adding ice š§ I didnāt argue I just accepted it but also I spend 8 bucks on the drink when in the app it show 7.05 and not only that I practically got a medium but with iceš£. Not cool I actually hate this place so much because now I have to buy redbull bc two shot aināt gonna do it. Never go because all they do is be lazy and not wanna go do their job I worked in retail, food industry, cleaning company and not once did I make a mistake and made it worser like I would have just accepted the medium bc now my drink is watered down. I donāt care about the money I care about the time and energy I am wasting on someone who canāt do something simple. I wish the best for her and this Dunkin industry but as a customer I was highly NOT
