The cashier did not understand my order. I explained to her that I am lactose intolerant, and she offered me one bagel with some cheese on top and prepared one for me. When I went back to the cashier and explain him and her that I said no cheese, they told I am sorry you did not explain or say that; the tables were dirty. In general, they must pay attention to the order, and the area must be clean.
