Maize + Mash is a wonderful dining experience. The food is delicious, with amazing dishes like hot chicken baos, salmon salad, and maize and mash burger with Mac n cheese. The drinks are fresh and well-balanced, including mocktails and whiskey cocktails. The staff is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. The atmosphere is great, but seating can be uncomfortable, with high-top chairs that feel unstable. Despite this, the premium ingredients and outstanding service make for a wonderful evening out.
