Went to Frank and Betsie’s with my family and had such a great time. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming — it feels like a place you can relax and enjoy a really good meal. The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the service was super friendly and attentive. And the cake? My kids loved it, Absolutely top tier. Moist, rich, and easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in Chicago. Can’t wait to go back!
This place is straight out of a Nora Ephron movie! The host, Mike, and our waiter, Joe were incredible and we had fabulous service. They were very accommodating and even servers who weren’t assigned to our section checked in on us to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. I have been going there for over 20 years. The food and Service is superb, and has been so, consistently for over 20 years, there has been a slight change in ownership, with the former maître D now serving as manager owner. It could not have gotten better, because it was superb; and it remains superb.
