“Best BB.Q franchise for me. Gives the biggest peices, excellent saucing, and service.

For whatever reason many BB.Q Chicken locations only allow you to select only one flavor for a medium order. So if you want two different flavors you have to pay the higher charge to get two small sizes In different flavors. This location allows me to order two separate flavors for a medium order which saves me a headache, and a little money. I am willing to drive 5 minutes further to go to this location than the other 3 or so BB.Q locations that are slightly closer as a result. Keep up the good work guys!“

“I drove 30 minutes to come try this place out AND OH MY GOODNESS I WAS BLOWN AWAY! The food is delicious! The staff is phenomenal! You also get a little cookie with every meal, and it was SPECTACULAR! The staff also informed us of the app and point system. Extremely nice people, extremely clean place, and reasonably priced good quality food. I will be coming back! “Visited drive through and ordered 6 piece combo. Pulled up to window after a few minutes wait and handed staff member a credit card. I asked for the receipt and in a not so nice way was told ‘it’s on the bottom of the bag’ I told the staff member they were rude. (I don’t think she wanted to be there) .
When I got home there was no receipt in the bag. I called the customer service number explained how much I liked the food but wanted the receipt. I was told to wait a few days and it would be emailed to me. 6 days later and I’m still waiting. I don’t like to post on- line a negative experience but thought maybe I might get the issue resolved if I did

Saleem was extremely communicative throughout the process, kept me informed, and made sure the order was taken care of. I truly appreciate the effort and customer service.

This location also brings back great memories for me, as I have had many positive experiences eating here in the past. It’s always nice to return to a place that has been part of so many good experiences.

While there was some confusion regarding the advance notice required for larger same-day orders, I appreciate that the management team worked with me and ultimately made it happen. That willingness to accommodate the customer really made a difference.

“This KFC in Carol Stream is the only one we will go to anymore. Super polite, friendly employees and the chicken is fixed right in the old time style of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Great sides that also bring back childhood memories. Always get a family bucket of original from their drivethru and enjoy the leftovers for several days. Never been disappointed in this location and the other few that are left in the central DuPage area are not worth a stop.“
