“I cannot say enough great things about Shannon's Irish Pub! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible. I hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for my wife there, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to the owner, Jen, who was more than accommodating every step of the way. She made the planning process seamless, was incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. The atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for in a great Irish pub—warm, welcoming, and full of character. The food was fantastic, the drinks were served quickly, and everything ran smoothly all night long. Our guests had an amazing time, and I honestly can’t think of a better place to host an event. “My husband d and I had lunch last week at Quigleys Naperville and went back for the Shepards Pie...OMG!! Don't ever change that recipe! It was outstanding and even the presentation with the fluted mashed potatoes was the finishing touch. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We'll be back for more.“

“You are absolutely missing out if you aren’t here for Saturday night!! These are a few of my favorite bartenders and they work HARD. It is a great mix of crowd! Slots, frozen pizza, cheese balls…you can’t miss!“

“We loved the ambiance of this Irish Pub! The Christmas decor and lights make it a wonderland! The band was great and the pub has so much charm!

This all made up for the 3 bartenders who were more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on customers. We waited 20 min, as did customers next to us, staff looked right at us and kept talking to their friends. A bartender with curly hair- she actually scowled at us for asking to place a drink order. Exception was one bartender who had very long straight dark brown hair: she was awesome and was doing all of the others work with a huge smile on her face! She was great! It was a busy night that the restaurant could have had higher cash flow if the others focused on drink orders. We'll be back though, really great place!“
