Ok, liked the food. Though I found my new favorite restaurant. My favorite was the potato taco. They give you three taco with no beans or rice for 10 dollars. I was willing to pay that. Went to order again and price jumped to 15 dollars for 3 potato tacos if it came with something I could justify it.So I called to see if maybe they raised pricing because they were adding rice and beans to plate. I was told no they just raised pricing. Okay everything is expensive but 15 dollars...
Honestly best authentic Mexican food. This is not the typical taco joint. Here you’ll find pozole that tastes like my grandma made it and their dishes are very well portioned. We had the quesadillas and Gorditas and yup , tasted like back home. So happy to found a spot like this close to home .
Came here for the pozole and quesabirria, and left very full and contented. The food was a total comfort like a good home cooked meal would deliver. Ordered the pozole verde that came with generous amounts of pork and hominy corn that has undergone the proper nixtamalization process where the corn splits. No canned stuff for sure.
