About 1800 Cut Steak & Sushi

1800 Cut Steak & Sushi offers a mix of experiences, showcasing a beautiful ambiance with a variety of food options. On weekends, the restaurant tends to be less busy, which can be a double-edged sword, as service may feel short-staffed and unwelcoming. While the menu features a wide range of vegetarian and gluten-free options, the quality of the food has received mixed reviews. Some dishes, like the filet mignon, shrimp hibachi, and chicken wings have been praised for their flavor and freshness. However, other meals, including steaks, have been described as average. Desserts are limited, with only ice cream and mochi available, which some diners found unsatisfactory.

Despite these shortcomings, many appreciate the diverse menu, including unique items like the Dragon Ball and Bibimbop. The restaurant is also noted for its clean environment and good parking options. Overall, 1800 Cut has potential, but improvements in service and food quality could enhance the dining experience. It remains a hidden treasure worth visiting, especially for those seeking a variety of dishes in a pleasant setting.

Obviously short staffed. 1 girl up front dressed in a hoodie with a scrunchy in her hair n the other obvi owner/manager. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Felt like we were a bother. Super uncomfortable.

Food was less than mediocre at best.

Didn’t have dessert. Just ice cream n some mochi that was...read full review
