On Christmas Day this restaurant was one of few open… and 24/7! They went above and beyond to fulfill my order(s) and were noticeably short staffed. Perfect job guys! Especially Ankur… the coolest.

Ordered double scoop sundae with rainbow sprinkles and chocolate syrup (of course, those are extra charges) through UberEats and when it arrived, it was missing the sprinkles and syrup. How hard is it to make a sundae? And if you didn’t have the ingredients, couldn’t someone let me know? UberEats also would not refund me for the missing charges. Money grubbers. Both places.

I am very pleased with the excellent service. Favorite ice cream place. Lots of new ice cream places recently however Baskin Robbins has been around for such a long time because of their great products. Lots of options to choose from.

Rudeness overload.Not everyone but with one person.He forgot to give the ice cream v pay for..when v was asking he was so jude at us after that gave it.

Not sure why there's only a 2 star average here, except for most of the 5 reviews being basically complaining reviews, but this BR location was just fine for us. They actually have a great, prominent corner location at Milwaukee and Lake. As is commonly seen, Baskin-Robbins' are often co-located with a Dunkin' Donuts cuz BR is owned by Dunkin' Brands. And this one is like that and also a drive-thru operation. There were 3 staffers there, and I can imagine it could get hectic for their range of products as well as both walk-in and drive-thru customers, but it was all fine when we dropped in for a smoothie on this 90F summer Saturday afternoon. Wife picked up a medium strawberry-banana smoothie for $6.29, and which was prepared promptly, and it was quite a generous size and tasted fine. It seemed like a pretty good value compared to the many premium smoothie and boba tea options out there. We'll also have to try their ice cream one day which we haven't done in a long time in lieu of more premium shops in recent years.

Faraz, who was the only worker there during the night shift when I came by, is a really great employee and helped me tremendously when I couldn't figure out what ice cream flavor to get. The world needs more workers like this guy.
