Good authentic mexican restaurant. The staff worked incredibly hard. Drinks were good and service was friendly. Fun environment, they make birthdays special and value their customers. Food was good. It's a busy restaurant, and it's small. Small tables. Loud and energetic environment, so be prepared for that. Overall, a good experience.

This place is a hidden gem! Excellentg food cute decor very reasonable prices. The music can be a tad loud in the back but we just ask to sit in the front part of the restaurant or outside and then we are fine. I very much recommend this delicious Mexican restaurant! Terrific place to eat~

Cafe el Tapatío is our place to go for amazing Mexican food! Our favorite is Camarones Juanita, they are DELICIOUS!! This time we order several items from the appetizer section and we totally enjoyed each one of them. Cafe em Tapatío is Glenview’a true gem! It l’s a MOST of you are in the area.
