Really skimp on the portions. Pretty terrible how bad chipotle has become as of late. Food tastes good but the portion sizes are abysmal. I had to go back and get a side of extra food. Paid $5 for 4 oz cup and even that was only filled 3/4 of the way.

There was hardly any chicken in the chicken tacos I ordered! Just like getting a vegetarian taco. I should get my money back and this location needs new management! Terrible!

Used to be somewhat decent 6-7 years ago but now they skimp like crazy. Maybe the workers been trained to provide less but this it a shell of what it was 5 years ago. Portions are not the same. If you can, go to the Nile’s location where skimping is less likely. If I could weigh a bowl now and then there would be a vast difference. This from somebody who orders both beans and every sauce and dairy. Unbelievable. Last time ever coming here. The food is still good but the portions are outright atrocious. Why am i still hungry after a bowl???? To state the obvious, never order online because they do not care and are probably trained to give a little less. Never order online.

First of all, it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a burrito bowl. It wasn’t busy at all so there is no reason for it to take this long. I ordered at 1:50 and it didn’t come out until 2:20… yea I know. This isn’t my first bad experience with them either. Go to the Chipotle near Marianos.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This Chipotle location has never been nice to me but I decided to give them another chance and went to order in person. First of all, the woman who made my order was very rude for no reason. She looked like she hated working but that does not mean she should be rude to the customers. It completely ruined my day and she even charged me for guacamole even though I didn’t ask for it. Customer service is terrible and I never want to order from here ever again. Go to the Chipotle near Mariano’s, they are much friendlier and will give you more for your money.
