The staff were a bunch of teenagers who did not appear to know the prices of their menu items, let alone the menu itself. I was charged for a tortilla I did not receive in my take out order, and the guy who packed our food not only was dismissive during the whole interaction but did not seal the lid tight enough and a lot of our food spilled and ripped a hole in our bag. The staff needs a refresh on both their training and the meaning of service.

The Chipotle at this Glenview location is mediocre. The staff are nice, but the food portions and the system of serving the food is wacky.
