I visited the intersection because there was a discount coupon.I visited the Glenview branch on a Tuesday, and there was a Tuesday special menu, so I ordered it.They did not allow me to apply the discount coupon at the intersection, saying only one of the two would be applied when paying.I ordered more than $50 to get a discount at Crossroads, but I wasn't happy.

On 3/9/2024, I placed an order for carry out. When I arrived home I realized I did not receive the correct order. As a result I contacted the restaurant in attempts to rectify the situation however when I called and asked to speak with the manager she asked about a receipt I informed her I only signed a receipt and was not given a copy however my order number was 102 and I would be more than happy to return the order. The owner then places my on hold not realizing I can still hear her and her chef accuse me of being a scammer who leaves bad reviews and only wants a refund. To make matters worse she then proceeds to hang up on me. I then call back to inquire about why I was hung up on as well as to now request a refund since I am a scammer. Unfortunately due to how they handled this situation, the lack of professionalism, and poor customer service I will not be returning to this establishment.UPDATE: Because I was hung up on and accused of being a scammer I personally went back to the restaurant to return the chicken and to get a refund. I also requested to speak with the owner who informed me that she has been scammed by non paying customers who never actually placed an order. Though I understand her disposition, especially as a business owner myself, it is extremely unprofessional to have a conversation about a customer while they are on the phone, especially if you are not going to have the common courtesy to properly place them on hold and to go as far as accuse them of scamming even after I provided you with a order number and then disconnect the call is inexcusable.The restaurant could have easily said we do not provide refunds over the phone can you come in or next meal is on us let me get your information. But instead I was hung up on and accused of being a scammer.

I have spent, and without exaggeration, THOUSANDS of dollars here. For many years, I have been getting the Garlic Soy Gizzards. The orders used to filled the box to the brim, and because of my loyalty here, once they heard my voice over the phone, I used to have INEVITABLY large orders. Now, not only are the prices twice what they used to be, but the orders are literally tiny. I used to eat more when I was a toddler. I gave this place close to 30 chances to redeem themselves amidst the issue, it just kept progressively getting smaller and smaller. I SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX THROUGH MY ORDER!!!! The service here used to be so great, that I had an order of gizzards EVERY DAY for about 6 months. I have to be one of the most original customers here. I place my order over the phone, and no matter WHO picks up when I call, they always know the order. I’m very sad about how things changed. I don’t deserve to get treated like this as a regular customer. The only thing preventing me from leaving one star is the fact that I like your workers. Otherwise I would leave 0 if only I could. This picture with the mediocre amount of gizzards was taken TODAY before I even took a bite. Please fix this and I will happily continue spending my money here. But as of today, this was probably officially my last order here ever. Literally disheartening.

The service was quick, seated pretty fast. The servers were responsive and called by a button. The food was meh, the best dish was probably the gizzards. Very flavorful and moist! But the chicken was disappointing. We ordered soy garlic, original, and Mep snow. The original was very bland, but crunchy. The soy garlic was the best flavor profile of the 3. The mep snow was nothing to write home about. The complimentary radishes they served helped to cut the oiliness of the chicken. Ambience wise was clean. K-pop playing in the background. Overall, the gizzards and soy garlic chicken were standouts.
