The donuts weren't as soft and fresh as other Dunkin locations nearby. The dough was a bit hard and disappointing. I ate the middle, but not the hard edges.

I’d like to request management to replace their staff, I have been to this location more than 2 times and it is very unsatisfactory experience , there is an old man working I have instructed him specifically not add too much ice in my cold matcha latte and he still went on against my instructions and added too much ice, I am very disappointed with this location service, please hire young people who are energetic and willing to work.

Honestly, the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I’m impressed with how it is still in business. Extremely watered down refresher, there is only a hint of flavor if you think hard enough. Only one man running the orders, making the food and drinks. And the cherry on top, wanted to charge me for a pup cup- which is free at ALL Dunkin’ locations. (His reasoning was that “nothing is free in America” and tried to charge me $3 for a small cup with whipped cream). A rip off. I could’ve just drank out of my tap water and been happier.

Small, typical level of cleanliness in the restrooms of a place run by younger employees. Coffee was typical for dunkins

Ordered a medium cold brew coffee and the entire cup was ice and I only took 4 sips before it was emptied.Immediately went back into the store and the old man just said "Yea that's the iced coffee - even though I paid for a medium cold brew for $4.49This place is horrible. Never shopping there again.

I keep giving them a chance every couple months but seems like I’m always reminded on why I don’t come here. Do urself a favor and drive up Milwaukee there’s a drive thru Dunkin that always seem to get it right and not yell at customers

I stopped by this location on my way to the airport and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was amazing,the Indian guy helped out with our order,made it correctly and was very pleasant! We loved the atmosphere and service and would go there again!
