I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts every day, and I have to say it’s a five-star experience. The midnight coffee is always made fresh for me when I ask, and the ladies there are just wonderful. They truly go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

Nothing good about this location. It’s not playing the service is slow the donuts even the bagels are different for other locations. Just find another location nearby.

Chicago Native here, not even in the worst neighborhoods of the city did I ever get service and coffee this bad. Would much rather drive further to a different location or just settle for Gas station coffee.

The owner of this place is an older gentleman who hates his customers and never makes anything that tastes good. I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and have been here only 6 to 7 🤷🏻 times. And it’s the same story every time! If you complain or ask to change or remake something he will add slop on top your already messed up food or drink. Stay far away from this location. Also the trash bin outside this location is always so disgusting and it always smells like something is dead. I don’t understand how they expect to make any money with service they have. I hope this places closes soon or changes ownership because it’s not clocking 🤏🏻

I honestly wished there was a an option for 0 stars. This place is terrible. The owner doesn’t know how to make a simple order. He is so sloppy and just all over the place. There’s no structure and no kindness. I really hope this place closes down. Or there needs to be better employees. Please I beg everyone, do not come to this establishment. The worst service and the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

Made me wrong drink when my husband picked it up for me. I then drove the drink back myself and said they made the wrong drink and the male working there said “oh you waited 15 minutes to come back and say the order was wrong?” Well yes, that’s gone long it took me to come back. After I asked him to remake the drink he said no and took my drink and proceeded to add more pumps of the WRONG ORDER. He didn’t proceed to ask me what the drink I ordered was, which was on the mobile order receipt in the cup. I looked at the drink and said this is not the right drink, I have ordered multiple times, then took the drinks again and added to right pump syrup. At this point my drink had about 13 pumps of sweetener…. Never had this issue at other Dunkin’s… will never be returning because of the attitude and inability to listen.
