not the first time I had a bad experience. they’re always seem confused and annoyed. older Spanish lady rude to customers and her own staff. I keep giving them a chance every couple months but seems like I’m always reminded on why I don’t come here. Do urself a favor and drive up Milwaukee there’s a drive thru Dunkin that always seem to get it right and not yell at customers

I stopped by this location on my way to the airport and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was amazing,the Indian guy helped out with our order,made it correctly and was very pleasant! We loved the atmosphere and service and would go there again!

Awful service. I was not allowed to order a tea because it was 20 minutes before closing. The gentleman that's there in the evening never gets my order correct and closes the register before the store closes for the day.

I am a registered nurse and went to this location during nurses week for the free medium ice coffee. Well they didn’t want to make it for me after showing them my badge saying I need a coupon? I showed them the article from dunkin online and yet they dismissed me and said to come back the next day and he will gladly give it to me because they were closing. I came at 7:15pm and they close at 8pm so I kindly said okay. I went back the following day and not to my surprise they turned me down again. This is how this location treats front line workers who work who save peoples lives every day giving up everything to help other people. It speaks volumes for how this place might treat you for the way they treated the very people who risked their lives and families lives during the covid crisis. It disgusts me that they would turn down these very people for a simple coffee.

I absolutely love this Dunkin Donuts locations!! The staff is wonderful! They took the time to learn my name and always say hello when I run in in the morning. The coffee always tastes great and the food items are always made correctly. I also feel like there is love and pride that goes into every order they serve to their customers.
