The best dunkin' donuts ever. I will recommend this place to all my family members and friends. Me and my fiancé came here to get a drink and something to eat. And the guy hooked us up with a free bagel twist because because they forgot to include into the order! Such a lovely place!!! And Very Clean!!!!

Me and my man place a mobile order to this Dunkin every single day. Way more often than not, something is wrong with the order. We each get a sausage egg and cheese sandwich; I get it on a croissant, he gets it on a bagel. And then we each get a vanilla long John donut and a coffee. I couldn’t tell you how many times this location has forgotten to put the cheese on, or the entire sausage patty, or they’ll put turkey sausage instead of regular sausage. Sometimes they’ll make it on a different bagel than ordered. Today, they completely forgot the donuts. Luckily I was still in the parking lot so I was able to go in and get them, but this was after specifically asking at the drive thru (picking up the mobile order) if that was everything. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but we spend more money here than I’d like to admit, and I’m really tired of having to triple check the order because it’s consistently wrong or missing items. The people who work here are very nice, but they’re the same people who mess up the order. It’s really frustrating.
The best three times I have visited this particular Duncan location I have ordered a coffee usually a signature iced caramel craze Lotte, last time they forgot the caramel, and every single time I have ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and it has been burned to

One restroom out of order and the other was filthy with no toilet paper !!!! Just disgusting !!!! How can you eat here knowing they don’t clean !!!
