We got one of the set menus and the portions were massive! Plenty for 4-6 people. The service was great; not sure if this was her name (it was what was on the receipt) but Nomi was very nice and attentive. Chill spot to watch the korea world cup games.
I was wary of visiting previously due to some of the lower reviews but we had a pleasant visit. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time ever visiting a Korean restaurant, and we really enjoyed it. The service was great, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much!

Googling Story is a great spot with a lot of potential. The grilled intestine is flavorful and well‑seasoned, though a bit on the oily side. It would be amazing if they upgraded to the Korean‑style cooking vessel that drains excess oil — it would easily elevate the dish to another level.

The kimchi fried rice and cold noodles are both solid choices, and the side dishes are surprisingly flavorful and well executed. One thing to note: during weekday lunch, there’s usually only one staff member running the floor, so expect a bit of a wait.

The ambiance is excellent — spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a noise level that makes conversation easy. Overall, a very enjoyable experience with room for small improvements.

I was really lucky. I was grabbing a hamburger lunch and ran into this place and saw their menu. Took my wife here and we had a most fantastic Korean lunch. Authenticity was off the charts and portions were terrific Great service by our server also The ambience is outstanding because it is on the second floor and you are overlooking street. My favorite are the Short Ribs Galbi, Cold Spicy noodles and corn cheese! Wow!

This place is a hidden gem! Their food is top notch - quality ingredients, everything is prepared really well, great choices for Korean bbq. I got fried rice and LA Galbi ribs and everything tasted amazing. Highly recommended!

I brought clients here for lunch, but the experience was disappointing.

The dolsot bibimbap came with a very small portion of rice, so we had to order an extra bowl. The gochujang sauce lacked flavor. The bibim naengmyeon and its sauce were also bland. The bulgogi was especially disappointing—the meat had very little flavor and was overly watery.

The seafood sundubu jjigae and doenjang soup were both mild and lacked depth. The sundubu jjigae did not have the signature spicy kick you would expect. The king galbitang came with two large ribs, but the broth lacked richness and depth.

Overall, the food quality needs significant improvement. I would not return for lunch. As a tripe specialty restaurant, I might consider coming back only for the tripe dishes.

Gopchang was a great experience. Our waiter, TJ was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. If you’re a noob to Korean bbq don’t be intimidated as they’ll help you cook and cut the meats.

We had a girls’ night out here back in December, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.

TJ was our server and truly made the night with exceptional service - he was super attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was delicious. We ordered the Ultra Galbi & Sogogi set and everything was incredibly flavorful, high quality, and perfectly cooked.

From the service to the food, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Gopchang Story Korean BBQ and we’ll definitely be back!

Came here on a whim to check ot out and was not disappointed.

From the cool view from the second floor to the awesome taste and presentation it was phenomenal.

Good portions and the staff was very attentive/friendly.
