As a local Korean, this one of my all time favorite restaurants in all of Illinois. There are other Korean restaurants in the area but Korean Spoon uses authentic recipes that make the food taste just like the food back in Korea, which is so hard to find in the Chicagoland area..!

I’ve tried a variety of other dishes as well but I love the kimchi stew as well as the noodles !!!

The owners are the friendliest and seem to have such a warm...

I am not Korean, but am widely versed in all East Asian cuisines. Wow. This was my first time trying Korean food. I tried the pork kimchi and wow was it amazing. I have never tasted anything quite like it. I have a sensitive stomach and it never upset my stomach. The ingredients tasted so fresh and so good. I will be back to try more of the menu!
