The Glenview store is clean and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a big selection of fresh items. I ordered lasagna for a family gathering. Everyone loved it and were shocked it was from Lou’s. They even carried it out to my car since it was pipping hot. Great experience!
I've ordered here a few times and my order is consistently 15-20 minutes late. It would be fine if they were honest about their wait times so we can plan accordingly but I see 5-10 people in store during busy times who are waiting on a late order with frustration. It would be really easy for management to adjust their order times in the system to give customers an honest time estimate so let's hope they can adjust their wait times instead of overpromising and underdelivering...
Best . pizza . ever!!!!! Nothing beats Lou Mulnati's. Order ahead. This location is a pickup only, no eat in. One short bench to sit on, if you arrive before your pizzas are ready.
